TheraPetic® provides: free educational resources about service dog and support animal rights and laws, clinical screening tools to help determine eligibility for support animal documentation, HIPAA-compliant clinical assessments reviewed by Licensed Clinical Doctors, personalized support animal documentation letters, and related services. Our clinical assessments are conducted by Licensed Clinical Doctors and are intended to evaluate whether support animal documentation is clinically appropriate. These assessments do not replace ongoing mental health treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency care. Support animal documentation issued by TheraPetic® is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance. Documentation is signed by a Licensed Clinical Doctor and is based on a HIPAA-compliant clinical assessment. The legal weight of this documentation depends on the specific laws of your jurisdiction. We provide advocacy assistance — not legal advice. For specific legal questions, consult a licensed attorney in your state.La documentación es válida por 365 días. Documentation packages are available at the following prices: Basic ($99), Premium ($149), and Ultimate ($199). All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. If your clinical assessment determines that support animal documentation is not clinically appropriate, you will receive a full refund. If documentation has already been issued and delivered, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You agree not to: provide false information during the screening or assessment process, use our documentation for fraudulent purposes, misrepresent your animal as a service dog when it has not been individually trained to perform specific tasks, share, reproduce, or alter your documentation, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.Usted acepta no proporcionar información falsa, usar documentación fraudulentamente o tergiversar a su animal.
